I’m an instructional design professional with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations create meaningful, effective, and modern learning experiences. My passion is simple: helping adults learn new skills in ways that feel intuitive, relevant, and immediately useful. I specialize in transforming complex information into engaging training programs that empower people to grow, whether that means mastering a technical process, learning a new system, or building confidence in their roles.

My background spans training, engineering, and technical communication, giving me a unique perspective on how people learn and how organizations operate. I’ve designed everything from full-scale curricula and eLearning programs to software simulations, instructional videos, job aids, and technical manuals. Whether the goal is to standardize global training, support a major software rollout, or simply modernize outdated learning materials, I build solutions grounded in learning science, user research, and real-world performance needs.

I’m experienced in working with cross-functional and multi-level teams, including executives, product leaders, creative teams, subject matter experts, and frontline employees. I am comfortable and confident conducting user interviews, needs assessments, and employer consultations to ensure every training initiative addresses true skill gaps and produces measurable outcomes.
