As a skilled professional, with over 15 years of learning & development experience, I work with organizations to identify needs and develop training that will help generate innovative, impactful changes within your organization.

I specialize in standardizing & enhancing corporate learning experiences, especially in the technical fields. I have successfully implemented numerous training initiatives for various companies – tackling large projects to design & develop full training curriculum (both ILT & eLearning), developing software simulations & instructional video, creating training materials, job aids, & instructor outlines, writing training manuals for operations & maintenance personnel, and more. My goal is to help you achieve your goals – whether that means creating training to disseminate information, or helping foster new methodologies to better support and grow your team.

With a background in training, engineering, and writing, I bring a unique perspective to your company’s needs. My involvement can be as simple as creating a single eLearning module or as complex as assisting with comprehensive strategies to achieve your organizational goals (i.e. standardizing training across the global company, developing & implementing training for a new large-scale software system, etc).

I am successful working with cross-functional, multi-level teams. I’ve worked in various corporate and manufacturing environments, and understand the challenges facing leadership and shop floor workers alike. I strive for effectiveness and efficiency, and take great pride in helping companies improve their performance initiatives. I excel at, and enjoy, establishing training initiatives that will improve productivity and quality of work, and will assist you in fostering a plan to build momentum to accomplish those objectives. I will always voice creative, outside-the-box solutions and welcome challenges.
